Wow, what a bargain for a great tent! I've only tested it around the yard and havent experienced rain, but had this thing set up in my gameroom for 4 months with no sag. Can be set up by one person. I love that you can set it up with no stakes or strings, if necessary. There are little pockets on the outside corners to put a few rocks or sand in if it needs weighing down for wind. Spacious with two adults and can sit up inside for lunch Japanese style. Could probably sardine 4-5 sleeping kids (half adult size) into it. Zippers are well made and smooth operating, nice color to blend in to the outdoors. Screen windows large and closable. A nice little porch effect at the front (partially covered) so you can keep things clean inside, when closed the dirty side is out, when you are ready to come out in the morning, voila... your porch is back. This thing feels like a little cottage and in addition to being a good piece of camping gear, would also make a nice playhouse for kids, indoors or out.

Its a good size beach tent but its HOT in the back. You have to sit up front to get good ventilation. I wish there was a mesh window in the rear of the tent. Set up is easy though

Purchased this for a beach trip and ended up returning it for a different product. Setting up this tent is not a simple process and takes significant effort and time to set up. Most modern tents have quick snaps that allow you to quickly connect the fabric to the poles. This tent has the traditional sleeve model. This takes a significant amount of effort to set up the tent and can be really difficult to do correctly. In addition, the floor of the tent is made from what appears to be the same fabric as the sides. I question how durable this fabric would be if subject to repeated abuse at the beach. Also, the zip up flap may be a necessity for those who want to be able to change clothes at the beach, I question the wisdom of having a zipper that lays flat in the sand. I suspect that after a trip to the beach it would have stopped working. The tent we ended up purchasing has a floor that is made from tarp material, sets up in about 30 seconds, and has no zippers.
